  • After use, refill the Clé de Peau Beauté Poodle Compact Esan Ciel (Refill).
  • Do not throw away the transparent film. If you place the puff on the transparent film, the surface of the powder will not clump and you can use it cleanly.

Precautions for use

  • Carefully check that you have no abnormalities on your skin such as a wound, swelling, eczema, color loss (white spots etc.) and skin darkening before using. If it does not suit your skin, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
  • Do not store in places with high temperature and humidity or in direct sunlight.
  • If the puff becomes dirty, dilute it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent and lightly press it to wash it. Rinse thoroughly so that no detergent remains, drain the water, and dry well in the shade before using.
  • If the puff gets dirty, it will be difficult for the powder to stick to it, so always keep it clean.
  • Please note that the contents may be cracked due to impact such as dropping.

Orders are usually ship within 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and Japanese holidays (may take up to 5 business days due to COVID-19). All orders are shipped from Osaka Japan using DHL.

Returns

Only defective products are eligible for return. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong item/shade, unhappy with product etc). If you received incorrect item or if they are damaged, please contact us by email (wafaa@beautygypsy.com) within 2 days from the date that you received the product. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged or defective product so we can forward to our Carrier. We'll pay the return shipping costs via Paypal if the return is a result of our error. Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the selling price.
