Procurement and Handling of Orders
We are not wholesalers; each order is personally handled, sourcing directly from departmental stores. Specific sample requests may be made but availability is not guaranteed.
Out of Stock or Discontinued Items
If an ordered item is out of stock or discontinued, an automatic refund will be initiated. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If the product becomes available again, our team will notify customers via email.
We stock items that are best sellers, popular and "what the founder personal likes and recommends".
Limited Edition and New Launches
We strive to carry limited edition or newly launched products. However, availability may be affected by high demand, and stocking of these products is not within our complete control.
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, orders cannot be canceled.
We use DHL and ship according to the destinations they ship to. We charge a flat fee of $20 globally. DHL does not deliver Sunday’s and work according to Japanese national holidays.
Customs Duties and Charges
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred upon receiving the parcel are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders returned due to refusal of delivery for any reason will not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or store credit notes.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the product or specific shades.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for incorrect items, damages, or defects. Customers must provide proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order via email to email@example.com.
We are not liable for mishaps or mis deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
