[Precautions for storage and handling]

  • Do not use for anything other than cleaning and disinfecting fingers.
  • Store the cap properly in a cool place with low humidity and out of direct sunlight.
  • Keep out of reach of children and other people who may accidentally swallow or misuse.
  • Keep away from fire.
  • When handling, provide sufficient ventilation.
  • Do not transfer to another container.
  • When pushing the dispenser, keep your palm close to the mouth of the dispenser so that the liquid does not spill or splash.
  • After use, be sure to close the cap until you hear a click.
  • Be sure to close the cap properly when carrying it.
  • Do not remove the dispenser from the container during the period of use.
  • Be careful not to adhere to resin materials such as metals, clothing, leather products, floors and furniture, and painted surfaces of eyeglasses. If it adheres, wipe it off immediately. The floor may become slippery and may tip over, discolor or be damaged.
  • Nail enamel may turn white or come off.

Orders are usually ship within 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and Japanese holidays (may take up to 5 business days due to COVID-19). All orders are shipped from Osaka Japan using DHL.

Returns

Only defective products are eligible for return. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong item/shade, unhappy with product etc). If you received incorrect item or if they are damaged, please contact us by email (wafaa@beautygypsy.com) within 2 days from the date that you received the product. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged or defective product so we can forward to our Carrier. We'll pay the return shipping costs via Paypal if the return is a result of our error. Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the selling price.
