How to use
Gradually turn the dial at the bottom of the container to the right to extract about 1-2mm. After use, turn it to the left and return it.
Precautions for use
◇Do not protrude more than 3 mm. It is a container that does not return more than 3 mm. Please note that if you put out too much, it may cause breakage or collapse.
◇After the first 3 mm of use, the direction of appearance will change, and it will come out little by little with a clicking sound.
◇ After use, wipe the inside of the cap and the mouth of the container with tissue paper, etc., and tighten the cap straight.
◇ Do not leave in places exposed to high temperatures or sunlight.
◇ Please be careful when using it as it will not come off if it gets on clothes or fabric products.
Orders are usually ship within 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and Japanese holidays (may take up to 5 business days due to COVID-19). All orders are shipped from Osaka Japan using DHL.
Only defective products are eligible for return. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong item/shade, unhappy with product etc). If you received incorrect item or if they are damaged, please contact us by email (wafaa@beautygypsy.com) within 2 days from the date that you received the product. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged or defective product so we can forward to our Carrier. We'll pay the return shipping costs via Paypal if the return is a result of our error. Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the selling price.
